2. Planning & Layout

We confirm dimensions, elevations, drainage, site access, and finish options. Everything is clearly marked so you know exactly what you’re getting before work begins.

3. Excavation & Base Preparation

We remove existing material if needed, excavate to proper depth, and install a compacted gravel base. This step is critical for preventing settling and premature cracking. Most failures happen here — we don’t rush it.

4. Forms & Reinforcement

We set solid forms and install reinforcement (rebar or wire mesh depending on the project). Reinforcement is standard in our work because it adds strength and longevity.

5. Pour Day

Concrete is placed, leveled, and finished professionally. Control joints are installed to guide cracking and proper slope is set for drainage. We don’t leave until everything looks right.

6. Final Cleanup & Walkthrough

After the pour, forms are removed, the job site is cleaned, and we walk you through care instructions and cure time. Your property is treated with respect.

7. Curing & Aftercare

We provide guidance on when to walk, drive, sealing recommendations, and long-term care. Concrete continues gaining strength for weeks, and we help protect your investment.
